METHODOLOGY

Where our prices come from—and what they do not prove.

We use a small set of dated primary sources, show the assumptions in each calculator, and send you to the provider when our checked data does not cover your case.

What we record

Each price, plan limit, or percentage fee is tied to a primary source URL and the date we checked it. We do not extrapolate a price beyond the tiers in our data. When your audience is outside that range, the calculator tells you to get a current quote.

How the plan-cost calculator chooses a tier

For each provider, it finds the lowest listed tier in our data with enough subscriber capacity. It does not decide whether that tier includes the automations, sending allowance, support, or monetization features you need.

How comparisons reach a conclusion

We compare the documented price model and the job each paid feature is meant to do. The conclusion is conditional: one product may fit a creator sales funnel while another fits a newsletter publication or a lower-cost campaign workflow.

What we have not measured

The current pages do not measure deliverability, support quality, editor usability, or migration reliability. Prices exclude taxes and may vary by billing cadence, geography, promotions, or legacy status.
